Job Context
BRAC is one of the world`s leading development organization. Since 1972 BRAC is dedicated to alleviating poverty and empowerment of the poor. In continuation to that, BRAC has taken Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme in Ukhia and Teknaf Upazila of Cox`s Bazar district to support the displaced people arriving from the Rakhine state of Myanmar.
Job Description / Responsibility
- Assist the Manager, Framework Agreement in the whole process to complete Framework agreement & the vendor enlistment for the recurring items.
- Maintain a database of the Framework agreement with all relevant information so that any latest and updated information related to the Frame Work Agreement & Vendor Enlistment are available and easily traceable.
- Monitor and track the Framework Agreement & the vendor enlistment and initiate renewal/fresh process well in advance of expiry of the agreement period.
- File and preserve all the documents related to framework agreements & Enlisted Vendors separately.
- Collect and maintain the updated list of Framework Agreement & the vendor enlistment list of BRAC Procurement Department, Dhaka Head office so that HCMP Procurement Department Cox's Bazar can use these Framework agreement as required.
- Inform all the enlisted vendors of their enlistment through formal letter to all enlisted vendors immediately after the enlistment process is complete.
- Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
- Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
- Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.
Job Requirements
- Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles

- Have strong communication and negotiation skills
- Have effective acquaintance with data management and data analysis
- Have effective acquaintance with stakeholder management
- Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
- Have excellent knowledge and skill in Office applications (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel)
- Self-motivation, goal/result-orientation and team work
